2-Hour Private Wheel Class for Beginners

In this one-time, 2-hour private class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the fundamentals of wheel throwing in a relaxed and supportive environment. This is a perfect introduction for anyone curious about working on the pottery wheel ✨ no experience needed.

You’ll learn essential techniques such as centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping your form. Throughout the class, you’ll have the opportunity to create 2–3 small pieces (cups or bowls), depending on your pace and comfort on the wheel.

After your session, we’ll take care of the rest of the process for you. Your pieces will dry and go through their first firing (bisque fire) to prepare them for glazing. You’ll choose from a curated selection of glaze colors, and we’ll finish your work with a second firing to bring your pieces to life.

Your finished ceramics will be ready for pickup in approximately 2 weeks.

This class is a beautiful way to explore clay, get your hands dirty, and see if you’d like to continue your journey in our 4-week wheel course.
