Join us for this wellness event!

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow guided by Lucia, followed by a beautiful sound bath meditation led by Amaris to center your energy and open your creativity.

After that, we’ll move into the ceramic portion where you’ll create a red clay chimney piece — earthy, sculptural, and full of intention.

This experience is designed to feel fun, grounding, and deeply nourishing.

First we connect with our bodies and breath… then we create with our hands.
